I must start collecting these! Almost every day I find a little gem in my spam filter. Often the first clue to spam is a syntax that is positively Yoda-like. (e.g. “Excellent, your blog is!”) Or, it’s the ubiquitous, “My cousin told me about your blog. Good informations! It saved MUCH time!” Or, it’s simply gibberish.
Usually it’s a waste of time, but I get a few funny ones: “Up the prematur now to optimize your webpage tracings for better permeability upsell doodle!” At least it sounds positive and up with people, doesn’t it?
Clearly, the universal translator isn’t perfected.

Hilarious, Shay! What I don’t get is, even if it’s all robots and slave labor, does this stuff work at all? I mean, why all that wasted effort? I can’t imagine this is worth their time! I’m amused, but also baffled.
I just posted one of my spam filter catches on Twitter. Plan to keep doing it. Such fun. Such insanity. Do the folks who spam actually make any money at it?
I just love the idea that Yoda writes them all…
It’s especially fun when I read it aloud with my Yoda voice. In fact, everything is better that way. Even used it in my Smodcast ad for my podcast and books (running today I think!). Double the fun and notice that Yoda’s voice is also Fozzy Bear’s voice. Then add to a serious Jedi pronouncement: “Do or do not do, there is not try wakka-wakka-wakka!”

all the time i used to read smaller content that as well clear their motive, and that is also happening with this paragraph which I am reading at this place.
I just did a post about this myself – my all time favorite is this, in response to a blog about my father’s death: “I am esteemed couch sitting to find such funny stuff. Will share and impulsively dilate in the future.”
Can’t make up my mind, which is better – esteemed couch sitting or impulsively dilate???
